Delivery Information:

We aim to dispatch all orders ASAP, but please allow 5-7 working days for delivery. If items are out of stock, you shall be notified by phone or e-mail, and you will receive your goods within 28 days (this is due to long lead times on re-order of these products) COST: All order will incur a £5.00 surcharge to allow for the cost of delivery. This is the same no matter how large the order is.

Return Policy:

If an item is unsuitable, it can be returned for an exchange. Please ensure the goods have been returned within 7 days of receipt, and the item you want to exchange it with is stated along with the return. All costs of returning the goods will be incurred by the customer, and delivery charges will be payable again once the goods are dispatched.
